How it works
Expectations first, stitches second. Here's exactly what happens from browsing to delivery.
1. Estimate
Pick a style and configure it. The range you see reflects size, yarn, detail level, add-ons and rush — the same factors the studio prices with.
2. Request
Send your measurements, colours and reference photos in one go. You get a reference number immediately.
3. Quote confirmation
Within about a working day the studio confirms an exact figure by email or WhatsApp, along with a start date.
4. Making & delivery
Work begins once you approve. Expect progress photos partway, and dispatch details at the end.
Common questions
- Why a range instead of one price?
- Hand crochet is priced by yarn weight and hours. Until measurements and colour counts are fixed, an honest range beats a number that changes later.
- Do I pay anything to send a request?
- No. Requests are free and non-binding. Payment is only discussed after you approve the confirmed quote.
- How accurate is the estimate?
- Final quotes usually land inside the range shown. Unusual sizes, rare yarn or heavy colourwork can push it higher — you'll be told before anything starts.
- Can you work from a photo?
- Yes. Attach up to five reference photos in the builder and describe what you like about each.
